Brett has extensive experience in education programs, not-for-profit project and operations management, customer and student services support coordination. He is passionate about enhancing the customer and learner experience and advocating for better services and support. Brett thrives in positions that allow him to influence change, drive quality improvement and effect social change.

With extensive experience in education, administration, support services, engagement, retention, communication, training needs assessment, training development, systems implementation, compliance and evaluation, Brett thrives on data and feedback to improve quality and efficiency.

As an educator originally, Brett has a strong belief in professional development to grow and support teams. Driven by projects and positions that aim to do good, Brett has extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector building and improving systems, developing team members, and finding ways to optimise people’s passions, skills and talents to achieve efficiency.

Brett has travelled extensively, taught in numerous countries, volunteered with multiple organisations and has worked in education and childcare, environmental and sustainability and the arts sectors.

At Qtopia Sydney, Brett leads operations and coordinates the volunteering program.
